La gu\u00eda pedag\u00f3gica es un punto de partida esencial para la creaci\u00f3n de la \u00abVabiola App\u00bb -una versi\u00f3n digital, \u00e1gil y flexible del portafolio de idiomas- y para el curso de acompa\u00f1amiento sobre su uso. En efecto, a partir de un an\u00e1lisis detallado de las pol\u00edticas ling\u00fc\u00edsticas y del uso del PEL en los distintos contextos de la asociaci\u00f3n (en t\u00e9rminos de puntos fuertes\/debiles y de potencialidades a desarrollar), la gu\u00eda pedag\u00f3gica pretende recoger las necesidades de los futuros destinatarios de la aplicaci\u00f3n, es decir, los alumnos, pero tambi\u00e9n las de la comunidad educativa (en particular, los padres y los profesores), con el fin de poner de manifiesto las pr\u00e1cticas de valorizaci\u00f3n de las competencias pluriling\u00fces e interculturales.  <\/p>\n\n<p>As\u00ed pues, esta gu\u00eda servir\u00e1 de base para pensar, crear y mejorar la aplicaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica (utilizable en smartphones, tabletas y ordenadores), que pretende ser una herramienta de sensibilizaci\u00f3n, de desarrollo de las competencias ling\u00fc\u00edsticas (lenguas ense\u00f1adas o no, familiares, regionales, signos) de todos los usuarios y de apertura a otras lenguas y culturas.<\/p>\n\n<p>En la gu\u00eda encontrar\u00e1 en particular:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>una visi\u00f3n general de las pol\u00edticas ling\u00fc\u00edsticas europeas y nacionales y del uso del Portfolio Europeo de las Lenguas en sus distintas versiones en los pa\u00edses asociados<\/li><li>un an\u00e1lisis de las necesidades de los distintos territorios seg\u00fan los diferentes p\u00fablicos (alumnos, profesores, padres)<\/li><li>una serie de propuestas para apoyar el enfoque de la cartera
