In the dynamic of the European Education and Training Area, the project is supported by the Erasmus+ France agency\u2014which has funded the project since November 2021. It was labeled PFUE (French Presidency of the European Union). <\/p>\n\n<p>Based on the recommendations of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), the Vabiola partnership aims to offer a modernised version of the ELP (European Language Portfolio) by giving it a new digital dimension to promote collective awareness of the benefits of plurilingualism and to encourage parental involvement, particularly those parents furthest from school and the language(s) of schooling.<\/p>\n\n<p>Resulting from the alliance of the expertise of 6 partners: the Auvergne Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes academic region (DRAREIC, CASNAV, EAFC), INSPE Lyon 1 University, the Aosta Valley Education Department,, the Dulala association, Aveiro University, Thessaloniki University, Arteveldehogeschool in Ghent, the partnership also includes an associated partner: the Bilingualism Matters association.
